In a historic building, cozy and functional, the apartment CASA BERNER is located in the center of Pavia, a stone's throw from the Duomo, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
On the second and top floor of one of the city's most prestigious historic buildings (15th century).
Elevator to the first floor, then walk the stairs (very comfortable) to the second floor. The apartment is elegant, welcoming, and comfortable, with attention to detail and high ceilings. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Approximately 90 square meters, entrance hall, large living and dining area, open kitchen, 1 bedroom with new sofa bed with 17 cm mattress, very comfortable, 1 bathroom, furnished with care.
Not suitable for children as the furniture is delicate.
Upstairs there is another bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom .
Kitchen complete with 320 L refrigerator, stove with burners, hood, dishwasher, various storage spaces.

We are in the historic center of Pavia, near the Duomo, the University, Piazza della Vittoria, in a pedestrian area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes.
This is a "no drive zone" so if you arrive by car you should park in the close Oberdan parking, or in Viale Matteotti, or in Viale della Libertà and then walk to the apartment.

2. Please separate the garbage in order to recycle it
3. The apartment is located in an elegant building, therefore we ask you to have a respectful behavior by avoiding noises in particular between 22.00 and 08.00 in the morning. No party !!
